Zoom Workplace: This app is available in free and paid versions for android and iOS devices. It is free for up to 100 participants and 40-minute meetings. You have to share a link to a Zoom meeting with the people you want to invite. These people must click the link and they will be able to join the meeting if the app is installed on their device. Participants can also use text chat to talk with each other, either as a group or as individual private messages. It lets you schedule video conference calls in advance and chat anytime with your contacts.

Microsoft Teams: This app is available in free and paid versions for android and iOS devices. Its free version includes unlimited group meetings for up to 60 minutes and up to 100 participants per meeting. It’s a great video conferencing app where you can chat as a team. You can draw freehand which can be smoothened making it easier to take notes and make diagrams. The chat from the meeting is saved in team chat app for future reference. The built-in feature for meeting notes enables you to share them with the team after the meeting. You can automatically transcribe meetings and share them.

Google Meet: It is available for android and iOS devices. Enjoy free one-on-one video calls for up to 24 hours and host meetings for up to 60 minutes and 100 people.
