Aamir is only turning 'Amir'- His blockbuster PK outshines KICK If you thought that KICK was the biggest blockbuster of 2014, you are wrong. Aamir Khan’s PK has beaten Salman Khan at the box office. His latest film PK has apparently minted Rs 620 crore worldwide, even as calls for a ban on the social satire grew louder. Made on a budget of Rs 100 crore, PK collected Rs 236.24 crore within 10 days of its release, while Salman Khan’s Kick collected Rs 233 crore at the box office, in India. Despite the brouhaha over the theme, the film is able to attract the crowd to the theaters, and has gone on to become the highest grossing film in bollywood history. The Christmas season has once again proved lucky for Aamir after giving hits like Dhoom 3 and 3 Idiots in the past.
